Who's behind Salty Lavender
Salty Lavender was founded by Nádia Coelho in 2019, after more than twelve years on the other side of the table, working in in-house marketing departments and providing services to agencies. We have first-hand experience of what it's like to brief an agency and then wait for the results, so we built our operations with that in mind. Every client has a dedicated contact who works closely with them throughout, while decisions are guided by data and every word is carefully considered, in both Portuguese and English. Behind the scenes, a wide network of partners and specialists, from web developers to native English editors, means we can bring the right expertise to every aspect of a marketing brief. Our name captures how we work: salt for sharp, results-driven strategy, and lavender for calm, well-run delivery.
